Pension Plan

Hourly Paid – We’ve chosen NEST as our workplace pension scheme to meet our employer duties under government legislation and help you put money aside for your retirement  After 3 months service with us you may be automatically enrolled into NEST (National Employment Savings Trust). We’ll automatically enrol you if you are:

• aged at least 22 but under State Pension Age
• earning more than £10,000 per year
• not already a member of a qualifying workplace pension scheme we provide

Colleagues have to contribute a minimum of 5%.  The employer’s contribution is 3%.

Salaried Colleagues –  We’ve chosen AEGON as our workplace pension scheme to meet our employer duties for salaried colleague and help you put money aside for your retirement.  After 3 months service colleagues are automatically enrolled into the AEGON qualifying scheme if they are:

• aged at least 22 but under State Pension Age
• earning more that £10,000 per annum
• not already a member of a qualifying workplace pension scheme we provide

Colleagues have to contribute a minimum of 5% of salary. The Company contribution is 3%. Colleague contribution can be higher – capped at a maximum of £40,000 per tax year.
