What is the role of an Area Manager like within tofs?
Where do I start, I could talk about this all day, however to summarise: the main aim of my role as Area Manager is to maximise profit by commercial management and driving sales. Training and development is essential in my role, I will work with my Management Team to achieve their personal best and help them develop, whilst building succession plans. It is my responsibility to make sure my teams are driving the thrill of a bargain within their stores and the area.

What is your personal experience of tofs?
I have worked for the factory shop for 8 years. My role as an area manager is very rewarding and challenges me daily. The opportunity and freedom to trade our stores is exciting. We have autonomy to allocate budgets, plan marketing events, grow business plans and work with Support Centre to help grow the business. The strong management team and passionate colleagues make this a fun and satisfying business to be a part of.
